Netha Homecare provides compassionate, culturally aligned in-home care services for seniors across Ontario, Canada. Our services include personal care, companionship, dementia care, respite care, meal preparation, and mobility assistance.

• Personal Care: Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other daily personal routines.
• Companionship: Meaningful conversation, social engagement, and emotional support.
• Dementia & Alzheimer's Care: Specialized care for those with cognitive decline.
• Respite Care: Short-term relief for family caregivers.
• Meal Preparation: Nutritious, culturally appropriate meals prepared in your home.
• Mobility Assistance: Safe, confident movement assistance and fall prevention.

All services are subject to availability and individual assessment.

3. Service Agreement

When you engage our services, we will develop a personalized care plan tailored to your needs. This plan will be agreed upon in writing and may be updated as needs change. By accepting our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the client's health, medical history, and care needs.
• Inform us of any changes in the client's condition or care requirements.
• Provide a safe environment for our caregivers to work in.
• Treat our caregivers with respect and dignity.
• Pay for services as outlined in your care plan and payment schedule.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Caregiver schedules are arranged based on availability and client needs. We require notice of scheduling changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance, except in emergencies. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees.

5. Payments and Billing

Our services are billed at the rate specified in your care plan. Payment is due as outlined in your agreement. We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and other methods as agreed upon. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Netha Homecare and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
